I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the most excellent service you provided for the sale of our old house last Easter and the recent purchase of our new house this Christmas. It has been a difficult time to sell and buy and during this prolonged stressful period your service was second to none.

Regarding the sale of our old house - as you know it took nearly 6 months to sell and the first two offers fell through. Whilst I opted to use the solicitors recommended by the estate agents for the first two potential sales, as they said it would be quicker and easier, I was unimpressed and I am so glad I refused to use one of their recommended solicitors on the third occasion and used Kingfishers instead. Having been misled by the agents over the buyer not being in a chain, which resulted in a protracted period before exchange of contracts you were the one person who was completely straight and open with the information about what was really happening. Thank you.

Regarding the purchase of our new house - the seller was only prepared to sell at the price we offered if it was a genuinely “quick” sale and you achieved this for us. Additionally, over the 6 months we were looking for a house after selling our old house, you were always available to offer advice and support when we tried auctions as well as the conventional roust via estate agents to find the right house. We had a number of disappointments and your continued support was so helpful and reassuring. Thank you.

Finally, I would whole heartedly recommend you to anyone I know or for that matter any of my soldiers. You provide a service that is second to none.

Dear Reg,

I was keen to drop you a line following our hurried phone call on the day of completion. Jeanette and I wanted to thank you again for all your help with our house move. It proved stressful on many levels, moving away from much loved friends. new job and all the usual stress of moving. In the end the timing was about as good as could have been hoped for and we are grateful for your careful work on our behalf.

We have settled in quite fast and are getting on with all the immediate jobs while getting back to work. We have been twice to a very loving and spirit aware church in Winchester , which feels very right, we have met a clutch of folk from our own village there an they are muttering about a home group!
